Philip Kelly offers insight into intergenerational social mobility in Canada’s Filipino Community

YCAR Faculty Associate and Director Philip F. Kelly (Department of Geography) gave a talk titled ‘When the Escalator Gets Stuck: Intergenerational Social Mobility in Canada’s Filipino Community’ on 29 January 2014 at York University and was based on research from his SSHRC-funded ‘Filipino Youth Transitions in Canada’ (FYTiC). It was presented as part of the Migration Matters series organized by the Centre for Refugee Studies at York University.
