KyoungKyoon Kang is Research Fellow and Director of the Youth Career Development Center at the National youth Policy Institute in Sejong, Korea. He holds a PhD in Technology Education from Chungnam National University and an EdM in Technology Education from the Korea National University of Education. Since 2022, he has also served as an Evaluation Team Leader, Provincial Offices of Education within Korea’s Ministry of Education. His recent publications include Developing Youth-led Strategy for achieving 2050 carbon neutrality (National Youth Policy Institute, 2022) and an article on the systematization of intellectual property-based education programs for entrepreneurial giftedness, published in Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial Cooperation Society. In 2023, he received a Minister of Education Award for Academia-Industrial Cooperation field. Dr Kang is a 2023 visiting scholar at YCAR, working with Dr Mihyon Jeon (DLLL).
