Nikki (she/her) is a first-year master’s student in the Critical Human Geography program at York University. She is broadly interested in Filipino diasporas, labour, gender and migration. Her graduate research involves questions around the spatiality of gendered and racialized labour segmentation processes in Canada by examining the pathways and transitions that Filipina women make after leaving the Live-in Caregiver Program.
