Bonita Das Bhatla is a PhD researcher in Human Resources at York University. She holds a BA (Hons.) Psychology from the University of Delhi, India and two Master’s degrees in Industrial Relations and in Occupational Psychology from the University of London, UK. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Her research interests include skilled migrants’ integration in Canada, including job search strategies and, identity resilience in the face of experienced incivility.

Bonita teaches courses in Human Resources and Equity Studies at York University.
