Kimberly Roberts is currently a doctoral student in the Department of Geography at York University. Her research interests include the political ecology of forestry and conservation and natural resource conflicts, specifically in the region of Southeast Asia. Her doctoral research will explore the governance arrangements of resource frontiers in the uplands of Southeast Asia and how those arrangements influence access to and use of those natural resources. She holds a BSc in Environmental Studies and a MSc in Resource Conservation.
